Young Wind Waker, bearer of the instrument of the gods, can thou tame the cyclone? ...ahaha, been playing LoZ: WW lately thanks to my friend, Sir-Zorba. Very, very fun. Anyways, here's Batrang's long overdue evolution redone, Cyclooma!~
I took that windmill idea I was saving up when I first made Cyclooma and applied it to this new design, adding its extra pair of wings. Following the new design for Batrang, I went with a more fox-like appearance for Cyclooma. It didn't really make sense on the old design how a fruit bat had fangs relating to the more blood sucking variants, so that emphasizing part was scratched out for both Batrang and Cyclooma.
Like its previous form would do in Little Cup, Batrang is an anti-phasing, entry-hazard stopping Pokemon. Save for Stealth Rock, Batrang avoids all other entry hazards and can send them flying away. It along with Machinbyrd are proficient users of Boomerang, making users of Dragon Tail and Whirlwind land on their rear ends. In addition to Batrang's movepool, Cyclooma learns Howl and the powerful stab move Hurricane on level up. Although its more of a supporter than an offensive threat, don't underestimate the wild winds of the outback.~
