Origin of Name: Kippers+Red= Kipred.
Based on: The expression, "Red Herring", or a fake. Also based on a tapeworm.

*Physical contact prevents escape.
*Increases the frequency of partially-trapping moves.
-EX: Bind will last the maximum of 5 turns.

The false fish Kipred returns! These guys would most likely be the first thing you'd catch while fishing in the Excelo Region.

Aside from some minor details, Kipred retains the design it had from last time.

Kipred as mentioned in the old entry is a more defense oriented Pokemon. It also takes the role of a trapper, forcing whatever attacks it or what it attacks to stay put. Moves learnable include Vicegrip, Wrap, Leech Life, and Bug Bite (/copypasta). And to note, it can also learn Bubble despite not being a Water-type.
