Thinking up more interesting designs for ghostly Fakemon, a Ghost/Fairy-type was one of the first to come to mind. The Dullahan was a mythological figure that fit that role perfectly, and with inspiration from a certain anime featuring a Dullahan as a main character, Tachama was born. The robes draping its body are meant to represent the Grim Reaper's robes, while the tail resembles the whip the Dullahan uses in mythology. The head as described isn't actually there, and is instead replaced with an ominous smog.
Tachama reintroduces an old weather concept from Gen IV with its DW ability: Fog. Accuracy takes a backseat as Pokemon fight their way blindly in battle. Prepare your moves that don't miss! Apart from that, Phantom is still a handy ability that allows Tachama to score extra damage even when KOed. Cursed Body on the other hand has utility usage for stopping Pokemon locked into one move in their tracks. It's all a matter of what you want Tachama to do on your team. The little headless ghost can learn some potent physical attacks as well as special attacks. Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, and Shadow Sneak are some notable moves. And to fit with its theme, it can learn both Smog and Smokescreen on level up. Try not to lose your head! /terriblepun
