Commission: Laurelman (20)

Part 3 out of 3 of Laurelman's sixth set of commissions. This time, he wanted a genie pseudo-legendary line. Originally, I was going to add legs to Jincarnate's design, but I couldn't find a way to incorporate that in without it looking weird. Name was also supposed to be longer, but was cut short due to the 10 character limit in Pokemon names (Djincarnate). The 'lamp turban's' horns are meant to represent Jincarnate's more demonic form. Not shown here is the horn's ability to leak smoke like its previous stage.
