So, been replaying M&L: Partners in Time recently when this cool little fella caught my eye. Also upon closer inspection, this guy hasn't really received much fanart as far as I know so...I decided to do that fact some justice. I mean, gotta give props to the lesser-known Koopas, ya know?

I loved partners in Time, played it through to shroob castle about 5 times now, but never finished it...though honestly, paper mario games(not counting super paper mario, that one sucked) were way more fun than superstar saga, PiT, and inside story combined.
