BST: --

*Draws in all Dark-type moves to boost its Sp. Atk stat.
*Prolonged combat with this Pokémon spreads this Ability.
-Note: Think Mummy, but a more passive effect. After 1-2 turns have passed with the opposing Pokemon, they get their ability changed to Space Virus.

*Signature Move: Cosmic Disarray
Category: Special
Type: Psychic
Power: 120
PP: 10
Accuracy: 100%
Wrathful energy of the stars is unleashed in a frenzy for two to three turns. The user then becomes confused.

*New Move: Star Burst
Category: Special
Type: Steel
Power: 90
PP: 10
Accuracy: 90%
The target is hit by the cosmic radiance of a star. This may also raise the user's Special Attack stat.

*New Move: Magnetic Pulse
Category: Special
Type: Electric
Power: 70
PP: 20
Accuracy: 100%
An attack that disrupts technology in a wide radius. The target's item is disabled afterwards, nullifying its effect.
-Note #1: The item is disabled for 4 turns or if the Pokemon is switched out.
-Note #2: If a Pokemon has a Megastone or similar item and hasn't transformed yet, this move prevents the transformation.

=============================

And at last, the final stage of the Excelo Region's second pseudo-legendary line, the invader from the stars, Galaxena!

Galaxena is a Pokemon that's been in concept hell for god knows how long. Bukokraxe also says hi! The last time I took a crack at it was back in 2011.
Legend of the Star Reactor by Dragonith
This was also just a silhouette at the time too. Don't think I have the file saved anymore either.
That was ages ago! I've always had its idea in mind, but never figured out how I wanted to execute it properly. All my attempts thus far have been either too complex or something didn't look right. Even with the recent design, I was stumped on everything past the head for awhile. I got the head right, but the body gave me some trouble, haha. The chestpiece is meant to resemble a UFO/spacecraft as well, something that I determined I wanted for sure since the beginning. That was also a tough one to get correct! But, that's all in the past now. Galaxena's done!

Drathero's the speedier, hard-hitter of the pseudo-legendary duo. Galaxena is the more tankier, special-oriented counterpart. Galaxena's firepower persists in its Sp. Atk stat, with its Defense and Special Defense being much more durable than Drathero. It's not exactly a slow Pokemon, but it isn't a fast one either. Galaxena's Attack is also greatly overshadowed by its special prowess, but its still usable for some mixed sets should you desire it. What truly shines for Galaxena outside of its pseudo BST is its stellar ability options. Space Virus can be used to force switches often, further emphasizing Galaxena's more off-handed strategy of harassing targets with its bulk. Magnetic Pulse is a powerful utility for shutting down teams overly reliant on item use, while Cosmic Disarray is used for its high damage output. Just be wary of confusion! Like Drathero, Galaxena shares a crippling x4 weakness. Instead of Fairy-types, Bug-types are its Achilles' heel. Black Hole can't protect you from those! Though don't let a few bugs stop you from using this monstrous space commander. Allow Galaxena to show you galactic conquest in battle!

hmm, cool :D

I wonder how they fair with a trainer...probably will only show loyalty if trainer's skilled or caught at the first stage...that's my guess at least...
