It goes into an absolute frenzy upon encountering any legendary Pokemon, not quitting its onslaught until the target is eliminated. Despite this, its glass cannon nature is also its downfall. Strong enough legendary Pokemon can overwhelm, if not disorient, Parmetou with a powerful blow to its head."
