Not for any mod in particular. This was made for the Mushroom Biome as an additional exclusive mob. I mean, come on! A mob that wasn't diverged off another existing mob (Mooshrooms) would be nice.
Though, I still kinda like Mooshrooms...

These guys would just randomly pick up mushrooms around the biome and place them somewhere else...or something to that extent. They more likely would just hold them mindlessly.

Oh, and the three names above are ones I couldn't decide on and just went with all three as possible names. :P

It's so cute. But in the NetherEx mod exist a similar little mushroom creature in 3 different colors, their name is mogus. But they running around and smaller with strange sound (i deleted their sound from the mod). They are in the Nether only. So yes, that model, that version could be in Minecraft overworld on the Mushroom Island. And they could be in Roofed Forest too. But if you really want Mojang add these creatures to the Minecraft, you could write it to them with this picture about it. Mojang, or any game making company not really check image gallery websites, so better if you write/send them the idea.
